John William Coltrane (also known as „Trane“; September 23, 1926 – July 17, 1967) was an American jazz saxophonist and composer. Working in the bebop and hard bop idioms early in his career, Coltrane helped pioneer the use of modes in jazz and later was at the forefront of free jazz. He organized at least fifty recording sessions as a leader during his recording career, and appeared as a sideman on many other albums, notably with trumpeter Miles Davis and pianist Thelonious Monk.

Ondřej Štveráček saxophonist is one of the best-known jazz figures of rising generation in this country.

Štveráček has with jazz legend in common also perfectly mastered craft of jazz. He is not surprised by any awkward and hurried pace deal with arbitrarily complex harmonies or metro. In recent years Štveráček showshis own musical personality in his music, which benefit both himself and his listeners. The band is currently preparing its own profile album and so it go around all the important jazz destinations in Central Europe. Štveráček´s current view of jazz help flesh out true jazz masters of the rising generation
